Please read through the terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy Statement regarding personal information provided by you. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction colour may vary depending on the settings of your monitor software or printer. None of the material contained in our Website is to be relied upon as a statement or representation of fact. All images illustrations and descriptions of the goods are for information only. We do not give any warranty for the accuracy suitability reliability completeness performance fitness freedom from viruses or timeliness of the content or services contained on our Website. Whilst we try to ensure that our Website is reliable and available at all times the Internet is not an inherently stable medium and errors omissions interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time. Whilst we take reasonable care in ensuring that all material contained in our Website is accurate and up-to-date at the time it is posted we cannot guarantee it.
All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of UK or Republic of Ireland VAT (as applicable). Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
SIZES AND MEASUREMENTS
All of our products are standard sizes 8 to 14 (UK sizes). If the outfit does not fit you, then it is your responsibility to have it tailored to your fitting. We have done our best to provide you with an accurate measurement of our products through our website.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS ARE ONE-OFF PEICES.
Occasionally an item of stock may not be available. Under these circumstances we do not wish to delay your order and may do any of the following.
1. We will try to contact customer in the event customer is not reachable a refund may be given of the item and order despatched.
2. If the customer supplies incorrect telephone numbers or incorrect address details and we cannot verify them the order may not be sent out until we are able to contact customer.
3. We will try to despatch all orders received, however if customer is not at home or parcel is delivered to wrong address then we cannot be held responsible.
4. Your card details must match the delivery address if there is a discrepancy then we will need to verify the card and address match before despatching parcel.
5. No guarantee is undertaken and it will depend on each individual circumstances.
FABRICS & EMBROIDERY
Many of the items we sell are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time beading may become displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care and are mainly for special occasion wear. We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given.
All clothing with embossed or rubber prints should be reverse ironed. Any displacements to sequin beading or embroidery cannot be deemed to be a defect in the garment but is caused by the very nature of the work. In these cases postage cannot be claimed in exchanges or refunds.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return any purchased goods, a full refund or exchange will be given, providing we have been contacted within 24 hours of receiving and signing the dispatched delivery at info@dzirefashions.co.uk. Unfortunately, if we are not contacted within these 24 hours, no refund or exchange will be offered. Please be as specific as possible in your email as to why you wish to return your item. Do not send us your item without consulting us first.
We will replace or refund most items provided they are returned complete unused and in their original packaging with any appropriate labels and tags intact within 10 days of receipt. If you have any questions or clarification you can contact our customer support team in which we shall assist you on how to have the product sent back to us.
We shall only provide you with a refund or exchange if:
* We have delivered you a damaged item
* We have delivered you the wrong item
It is up to you to choose what kind of delivery service you want when returning your item to us. For safety reasons, we recommend you to use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept liability of items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Therefore you need to ensure that you get the proof of posting and adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods. We shall not cover any of your expenses and costs for delivering and returning your goods back to us. It is your responsibility to pay the return postage (and any customs or duty charges if applicable).
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colour accurately. We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from Dzire fashions is aware of this genuine problem.
Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products. Every product is checked thrice before shipping. The first quality check takes place during procurement at our expert’s premises. The second check takes place before those products are displayed online, and the final and the most important quality check takes place before the products are shipped to the customer. For any inquiries or further questions do not hesitate to contact us.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order, but please allow a maximum of 5-6 working days for delivery (UK ONLY). If items are out of stock, you shall be notified via phone or e-mail. We use a reliable delivery service with full tracking details available. A signature will be required on delivery. During the checkout process, you will be given an option as to which delivery service you want. The Options are as following:
* Collection via appointment: If customers wish to collect their purchased goods then they should contact Dzire Fashions via email (info@dzirefashions.co.uk) or phone number (0845 388 4151) Note: This option is only available to customers of the West MIdlands area only.
* Standard Delivery: Customers will receive their purchased goods any time within 5-6 working days (Excluding Sundays). The charge for delivery is £9.20.
* First Class Delivery: Customers will receive their purchased goods any time within 48 hours (Excluding Sundays). The charge for delivery is £14.20.
* Special Next Day Delivery: Customers will receive their purchased goods within 24 hours (Excluding Sundays). The charge for delivery is £19.20.
Note: If you do not receive the order within 7-8 working days then please inform us.
For delivery overseas: Dzire Fashions delivers items using the International shipping services provided by Royal Mail. Therefore, customers should receive their delivery within 5-6 working days (excluding Sundays). The charge for delivery overseas is £34.32.
