- We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving the order, but please allow a maximum of 5-6 working days for delivery (UK ONLY). If items are out of stock, you shall be notified via phone or e-mail. We use a reliable delivery service with full tracking details available. A signature will be required on delivery. During the checkout process, you will be given an option as to which delivery service you want. The Options are as following:
- Collection via appointment: If customers wish to collect their purchased goods then they should contact Dzire Fashions via email (info@dzirefashions.co.uk) or phone number (0845 388 4151) Note: This option is only available to customers of the West MIdlands area only.
- Standard Delivery: Customers will receive their purchased goods any time within 5-6 working days (Excluding Sundays). The charge for delivery is £9.20.
- First Class Delivery: Customers will receive their purchased goods any time within 48 hours (Excluding Sundays). The charge for delivery is £14.20.
- Special Next Day Delivery: Customers will receive their purchased goods within 24 hours (Excluding Sundays). The charge for delivery is £19.20.
Note: If you do not receive the order within 7-8 working days then please inform us.
For delivery overseas:
Dzire Fashions delivers items using the International shipping services provided by Royal Mail. Therefore, customers should receive their delivery within 5-6 working days (excluding Sundays). The charge for delivery overseas is £34.32. - Privacy & Security

- Returns & Replacements
- If you wish to return any purchased goods, a full refund or exchange will be given, providing we have been contacted within 24 hours of receiving and signing the dispatched delivery at info@dzirefashions.co.uk. Unfortunately, if we are not contacted within these 24 hours, no refund or exchange will be offered. Please be as specific as possible in your email as to why you wish to return your item. Do not send us your item without consulting us first.
We will replace or refund most items provided they are returned complete unused and in their original packaging with any appropriate labels and tags intact within 10 days of receipt. If you have any questions or clarification you can contact our customer support team in which we shall assist you on how to have the product sent back to us.
We shall only provide you with a refund or exchange if:
- We have delivered you a damaged item
- We have delivered you the wrong item
It is up to you to choose what kind of delivery service you want when returning your item to us. For safety reasons, we recommend you to use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept liability of items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Therefore you need to ensure that you get the proof of posting and adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods. We shall not cover any of your expenses and costs for delivering and returning your goods back to us. It is your responsibility to pay the return postage (and any customs or duty charges if applicable).We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colour accurately. We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from Dzire fashions is aware of this genuine problem.
Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products. Every product is checked thrice before shipping. The first quality check takes place during procurement at our expert’s premises. The second check takes place before those products are displayed online, and the final and the most important quality check takes place before the products are shipped to the customer. For any inquiries or further questions do not hesitate to contact us.
- Ordering
- Placing an order is very straight forward. Simply view the product(s) you wish to purchase and add it to your bag - finally accessing your shopping bag and follow the online instructions. Once your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make amendments, this is included in our terms and conditions. In addition, we believe that our customers should always be informed and up to date about the status of their order. Hence why you can access your account on our website to check the current status of your order or you can go straight to your inbox, where we will send you an e-mail every time your order status changes.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept all major credit/debit cards. In order to purchase a product(s) you will need to have a pay-pal account. We do not accept cheques.

- In order to purchase a product(s) you will need an account with us. To do so, click on “My Account” followed by “Create an Account”, in which you will have to provide us with some details. You will then receive an email from us confirming your registration to our website. With an account, you will be able to do the following:
